Pam Schock

Pam has a passion for real estate that has spanned decades. In 1984, after graduating from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Business Communication, Pam accepted her first position in real estate with a land development company in Littleton. In addition to the land development transactions she facilitated during her tenure at the company, she discovered a passion for realty as she assisted friends and family with buying and selling personal residences. 

After taking some time off to raise her four children, Pam returned to her calling in the real estate industry. Each person she works with – first time buyers, empty nesters, families, and more – discover the dedication and hard work with which Pam brings to each client - it’s inevitable that they become friends throughout the process. Her successes are truly the outcome of loving her job and the satisfaction she receives from being an integral part of major life milestones. 

As a fourth-generation Colorado native, Pam’s local knowledge is unsurpassed. She’s witnessed firsthand the incredible growth in this beautiful state and specializes in finding the perfect area to suit her clients’ needs.
